Accessibility Training

 

Our e-Learning Tool is designed to meet the compliance requirements of the AODA, Accessibility Standards for Customer Service.  It is a self-paced training module that takes individuals approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete. The learner can leave the training at any time and log back in at a later time to pick up where he/she left off.  It contains built in self-tests which ensure that all employees have gone through each unit and the questions also support the deepening of the user’s knowledge.

This Learning Tool has a built in Data Management System that provides the administrator with the employee name, the date they began the training, their progress in percentage and the date the training was completed. This built in data management system, is an easy way to track data and ensures your organization meets the compliance of this regulation. It alsogives you an up-to-date report that confirms all employees have completed the training as well as easy access to records in the case of an audit
