Optimal Performance Consultant’s research finds only 30% of small & med size businesses are compliant with the first phase of the AODA called Customer Service Standards, CSS. This number is even lower for the IASR, Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulations.The AODA is not a large cost item for small/med business to undertake.
