A reminder from the OPC Inc Ergonomic team in the US and Canada; stand consistently thru your work day if you have a sedentary job. Think about tasks that can be completed in standing such as reading files, brief meetings with colleagues, using the phone. When you take your lunch break this needs to occur away from your desks at least 3 times per week. Learn more at optimalperformanceBlog@wordpress.com
