This is a very important article for health, safety and HR Professionals to read as there are far too many articles and commissions & physicians label “stress” as being negative. As outlined in this article & in the Carswell Book Pub 2012 on Mental Health in the Workplace JESleeth “stress” is a positive thing & we must have it acting upon us to get out of bed; accomplish things in life; succeed; have joy, be promoted etc etc. Stress can be & should be positive.
